GRADUATION

these 2 years have flown by really quickly and its now time to say our goodbyes. in this short period of time, i met some really wonderful people (and some eccentric though). bball, s03, MUG,lessons, endless tests and exams, friends, these are the things which surrounded my jc life. lets take a look back at some key events which took place the last 2 yrs.

S03! the first wonderful batch of people i met in nj. and then theres michael tay as well. the only sad thing is that we failed to carry the class spirit and bonding shown during orientation to our rest of the days in nj.

BBALL! i think i spent more than 50% of my time either at the bball court or the bball side grandstand. heh. we trained like hell. we trained like crazy. we had one hell of a season.and i improved as a bballer thks to u guys. one of the main reasons for me coming to nj is the bball team. and i never regretted making the choice.

Orientation 2008: STEP UP! probably the fun-est event that took place in my jc life. im grateful for having a second chance to be an ogl. and i get to know some really good friends there. 

though it might be the end of my jc life, its the start of something new!

oh. and bernard said this to me while i was watching the match.

Children’s Day

Happie Children’s Day to all the kids out there and all those who thinks u are still a kid. heh

i guess its time for me to blog again. the previous entry has it comments bombarded by basically 2 person and here’s a new place for u guys to enter ur comments. haha

prelims results are finally back. its nothing fantastic. no As. 2Bs.2Cs.and a pathetic E grade of GP. im working hard for As now. 4As and a B grade for GP! but the sad thing is that my pace has dropped a little. not doing much for the past few days. but i guess i will pick up the pace in no time. 30 days to As!

been sick for the past few days. cant breathe properly and i forgoed a bball session with the zh peeps ytd. but im sure the next one will come soon. probably this sat? hopefully i will get well by then. but i did find other plans ytd night. from sch to novena to bishan to bukit batok back to bishan. dinner at donut factory was great. though i really shouldnt be eating such unhealthy food when im sick. heh. anw. i was introduced a new way to eat ur double choc donut.

after that was the search for a new pencil case. but it was a futile effort. and i wouldnt want a winx club pencil case. maybe powerpuff girls? heh. anw. i sent my dear psp away. its jus to keep me from getting distracted. and the person holding on to it better take good care of it. maybe put some fun games inside for me? got a couple of movies in my iphone now. no more stoning on the way to sch or back home!

it certainly did not started off well. i was jus slacking at home. but it jus get better and better. good company. good food. and a fantastic result to the big derby match of LIVERPOOL vs MANCHESTER UNITED!!

holiday!

the much dreaded prelims have finally come to an end. : D
not expecting fantastic results. but definitely hoping for a all-pass. shall not think abt work or results for the next few days. not gonna touch them until next week. but then its gonna be ultimate hardcore full gear mugging after next week. many things to be improved on like GP! so that leave me to extreme fun for these few days. i jus downloaded quite a number of psp games like crazy taxi, crash tag team racing, street racers.. and currently, im watching shows like chuck and ghost whisperer. : ) quite alot of stuffs to keep me occupied. : )

theres something wrong with my msn. cant seem to sign in. tsk.
anw. bballers. sentosa outing soon? i wanna tan myself. but i think my skin will jus peel if i do that. bball from wed have alrd made me slightly burned. but i think i prefer this colour. hahas.

read this from bernard’s blog and heard it from the radio station sometime today. LHC Genova? i hope there wun be a black hole jr. hahas. i dun wanna die young. i mean 18 is still such a young and tender age. theres still so much to do in life. like go NS!? get married. watch my kids grow. watch my kids have their own kids. travel around the world. and the list just goes on.

for all those ppl still having their prelims or having their promos soon. hang in there!! its gonna be over real soon. mug hard for the time being. but dun forget to take occasional breaks if not u guys will jus go craziieee. hahas.

i jus realised i haven drink any water today. and today is sept 11.

i passed chem paper 3!! i tot no sms from my teacher means a fail. but no. i actually passed! : )
that got me worrying for quite some time. : )

lets see wad happened over the past few days of my sept hols mugging session.
mon and tues: mug in sch. with alot of junk food. wasnt really productive. but at least i completed quite a few papers now and some of my weaker topics for chem and phys. and it sure is better than staying at home where the ratio of work done to play psp is 1:6186231843164

wed. supposed to play ball at nite with the zh bballers. but the weather wasnt too nice. so we spent our time hanging around j8 and check this out:

for those who cant really see what he is doing. he is playing the game where u use a hammer and hit a target and see wads ur score. (okay. i think that was a bad explanation) his actions were suuuper exaggerated. like taking a 5m run before hitting the target. oh. but he broke the record by quite a margin. it was quite hilarious watching him play. : )

thurs was outing with nj bballers. suki was good but movie wasnt. but it was recommended by lijun so cant expect much la. : P so ppl. if u haven watched 4bia, i reccomend not to watch!

enough of lijun and his dance moves. today went back to sch to mug again. fishy and chicken accompanied us thru. (they are jus food!) had my second subway meal of the week. i can seriously feel my tummy now. tsk. got to do some workout soon man! if not my tummy is gonna grow so big that its not funny!

prelims is over. for now. left with paper 1 and 2 for sciences. prelims hasnt been good. lets see:
GP: GG!
ECONS: screwed it up for the essay. case study was not in any way better. a pass would be good enough. i wonder how many ppl heard this. but mr daniel wong said this after our case study paper. “its the end of ur paper!”
CHEM: if what i think is correct turns out to be correct… it shouldnt be too bad.
PHYS: weiqin: “STANDARD!” mr felix lim: ” doing badly for one paper doesnt mean u will not do well for the subject.” hmm.
MATHS: some of the qns will jus make u laugh. like BYE BYE PANDA?

okok. shall take a one to two days break from any from of mugging or presence of ppl mugging. gonna have fun these weekend. perhaps plan my timetable for the hols. lets not waste the sept ‘hols’!

in the past, teachers day means rushing back to sec/pri sch to meet up with frens and teachers. but its no longer the same thing as before. not when all my teachers have left ZHSS or KCP. hahas. i wonder if i will still be returning to my sec/pri sch one day. but i still celebrated teachers day in nj. looking at some of the teachers and the PRINCIPAL doing boxercise is quite amusing. i ponned it halfway together with half of the sch population? i heard the performance was not bad. too bad i din attend. was busy doing stuffs for dear teachers. and the celebrations in pe office was.. summarised in the below few photos. nope. no more marilyn hiding in the cupboard.
